This website is owned by Sijam Jewels Trading Company for trading in jewelry, gold ornaments, pearls, diamonds, and precious stones (Commercial Registration No. 205735), licensed to conduct jewelry trading activities with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Qatar.

1. Purchasing through this website constitutes a contractual relationship with Sijam Jewels according to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Users must review the Terms periodically, as they are updated in line with the company’s development and business environment. Continued use of the website at any time constitutes agreement to these Terms.
3. Most of our products go through handmade production processes, making it difficult to produce two identical items. Therefore, all product images displayed on the website are examples of the product, not the exact item delivered.
4. Each product is manufactured based on the information provided by the customer during the purchase process and shipped within the timeframe stated in the product description box. Any delay will be communicated to the customer immediately.
5. Orders in Qatar are delivered either by a company representative or specialized express delivery companies.
6. The company’s responsibility is limited to preparing the shipment according to the details provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers bear all local taxes and fees required for delivery. Customers are also responsible for delays or extra costs resulting from incorrect data they provide, without liability on the company.
7. Purchases may be returned and refunded within 24 hours of receipt if the product does not match the general specifications displayed on the website. Returned jewelry must be in its original condition at the time of purchase and show no signs of use.
8. Jewelry items altered at the customer’s request (e.g., resizing a bracelet or changing stones) cannot be returned.
9. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer bears return shipping costs, except in cases of company error, defect, or damage during shipping (provided the company and shipping partner are notified on the same day of receipt).
10. Products damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned.
11. An invoice must be presented for returns.
12. Used products cannot be returned.
13. This website is managed technically by Fatora, the company responsible for its design and technical administration.
14. Purchasing via the website is strictly limited to parties legally capable of entering into binding online contracts under the laws of the State of Qatar.
15. To complete purchases, you must provide your personal details, including your real name, phone number, email address, and any other required information as indicated. You must also provide valid payment details, confirm their accuracy, and guarantee that you are the person referenced in the billing information.
16. If a product you ordered is unavailable due to high demand, we will notify you via email and refund any payment made within 4–7 days of informing you.
17. All our products are stamped according to gold purity standards.
18. Prices listed on the website are in Qatari Riyals, exclusive of taxes, and may be changed at any time at the company’s sole discretion. Sijam Jewels reserves the right to amend product prices, descriptions, or information at any time without prior notice.
19. Shipping and delivery charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or VAT in the customer’s country. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges imposed by their government.
20. Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details. This email is not acceptance of your order; it is only confirmation that we have received it.
21. Full acceptance of your order and completion of the contract with Sijam Jewels occurs once we send you a notification that the order is “Processing.” If you do not receive such notification, please contact our team before attempting to place another order for the same product.
22. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, reject service, or decline to fulfill requests at our discretion at any time. We shall not be liable to the customer or any third party in this regard.
23. Sijam Jewels reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the full amount if there is a pricing error or the product is out of stock. We are not obliged to fulfill an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price. Customers will be notified by email or phone in such cases.
24. Customers may change the thread color of bracelets within 1 year of purchase, subject to service and shipping fees.
25. Sijam Jewels may use and display images of customer products unless notified otherwise by the customer.
26. Sijam Jewels may re-share customer-generated content that tags or mentions us on social media to showcase their experiences with our jewelry.
27. We may periodically update the products available on our website and do not commit to the continued supply of any specific product or type.
28. An original Sijam Jewels invoice or valid proof of purchase must be presented for returns.
29. Diamond jewelry pieces cannot be returned.
